NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 08, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA008307-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST MICHAEL D. BORTON DECEASED; KIM CHARLES BARICH, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL DEAN BORTON, DECEASED; DOLORES E. BORTON, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL DEAN BORTON, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 9/27/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
