NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 30, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-004014 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST BANK1, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and DANIEL M. BONO; MICHAEL C. BONO; HARRY LAYTON; JULIE LAYTON; ABACO BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; 1ST INTEGRITY INVESTMENTS, LLC; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 27 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT D-1 OF ABACO BAY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3764, PAGE 850, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
