A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK. N.A.. FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and FRANCISCO CASANOVA, DORKAS CASANOVA, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 27, 2012, beginning at 11:00 AM, at FIRST FLOOR, ATRIUM AREA OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRIAL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, the following described property lying and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
