NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 27 day of September, 2012, at 11:00 a.m at the Collier County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
UNIT 20/203 of HUNTINGTON LAKES TWO, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 2284, Pages 1225, through 1310 of The Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

SUBJECT to Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Huntington Lakes recorded in Offical Record Book 2118, page 2203 through 2239, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

SUBJECT to Declaration of Condominium of Huntington Lakes Two, a Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 2284, pages 1225 through 1310 in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

FURTHER SUBJECT TO restrictions, easements and limitations of record, taxes for the year 1999 and all subsequent years, and to all valid zoning ordinances, if any.
