Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on August 22, 2012, the Clerk will sell the real property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Lot 6, HUDSON BEACH POINTE, A REPLAT OF LOTS 319 AND 320, HUDSON BEACH ESTATES UNIT #3, 7TH ADDITION, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 51-52, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on September 27, 2012, beginning at 11:00 a.m., via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
