Book 1457, Page 1835, and amendments thereto and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 28 through 30, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on September 27, 2012.
