NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-009062-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CSMC 2007-3, is Plaintiff, and MARK HALLISEY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, JASMINE LAKES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 145 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
