Notice is hereby given that the Clerk of Circuit Court, Pasco County, Florida, will on the 11th day of October, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Pasco County, Florida, as follows:
Lot 213, Shadow Ridge, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page(s) 41 through 43, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
AND
Lot 213A, Shadow Ridge, Unit Four, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page(s) 77 and 78, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 22, 2012 in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
