NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reset Sale dated August 28th, 2012 and a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6, 2010, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-009728-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF POPULAR ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-6, is Plaintiff, and JENNIFER SCHWALM, et.al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 27th day of September, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
