IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
IN RE: ESTATE OF
WILLIAM C. GAGE,
Deceased.
William C. Gage, a resident of Pasco County, Florida, who died on January 21st, 2012, was the grantor of a trust entitled William C. Gage Living Trust dated April 6, 2004, as first amended on June 20, 2006, and as second amended on July 21, 2009, which is the trust described in Section 733.707(3) of the Florida Probate Code, and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the decedent's estate and enforceable claims of the decedent's creditors to the extent the decedent's estate is insufficient to pay them, as provided in Section 733.607(2) of the Florida Probate Code.
The name and address of the trustees are set forth below.
The clerk shall file and index this notice of trust in the same manner as a caveat, unless there exists a probate proceeding for the grantor's estate in which this notice of trust must be filed in the probate proceeding and the clerk shall send a copy to the personal representative.
