NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011 CA 010342 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AHL2, Plaintiff, and CECIL W. PERRY, PAMELA PERRY, FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, LLC, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 24th day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13681 AND 13682, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 52, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
