Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 416, 9TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
