NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 20, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-003245-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, is the Plaintiff and JONATHAN PATRICK MUMPER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JONATHAN PATRICK MUMPER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 24th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
