NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 20, 2012 , entered in Civil Case No.: 2010 CA 000979 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and RANDY L. MARLOW; BEVERLY J. MARLOW F/K/A BERVELY J. WHITE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at Www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 24th day of September, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

CORNER OF LOT 7, BLOCK 1, MOBILE CITY, UNIT NO.3, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 77 AND 77A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE S 89°55'00” WEST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 7, 221.11 FEET TO THE N.W. CORNER OF SAID LOT 7; THENCE S 44°35'00” EAST, ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 7, 124.37 FEET; THENCE N 45°25'00” EAST, 21.43 FEET; THENCE S 57°51'57” EAST; 36.23 FEET; THENCE N 89°55'00” EAST, 88.00 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 7 AND THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF RAVENNA STREET (60 FOOT R/W); THENCE N 00°05'00” WEST, ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 7, 93.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
