NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 011403 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein deutsche bank trust company AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and MAUREEN R. BURNS A/K/A MAUREEN BURNS; RICHARD A. KEELER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 2581, 51ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21 AT PAGES 8, 8A THRU 8GG OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
