NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 26th day of September 2012, at 9:00am www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
All portions of the below described property lying West of Manasota Key road:
The South 92.5 feet of the North 3169.3 feet of Section 16, Township 40 South, Range 19 East, on Peninsular of Manasota Key, being a parcel fronting 100 feet on the Gulf of Mexico and running from said Gulf of Mexico to Lemon Bay. Together with a parcel of submerged land lying in Lemon Bay in Sections 15 & 16, Township 40 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the intersection of a line lying 3076.8 feet South of the North line of said Section 16 and the mean high water mark of Lemon Bay; thence Easterly and parallel to the North line of said Sections 15 & 16 a distance of 952 feet, more or less, to the Westerly R/W line of the intracoastal waterway, said Westerly R/W line being 750 feet from as measured at right angles to the centerline of said intracoastal waterway; thence S 33°18'20” East along said Westerly R/W line 110.7 feet; thence Westerly and parallel to the said North line of Sections 15 & 16, a distance of 932 feet, more or less, to the mean high water mark of Lemon Bay; thence Northerly along said mean high water mark 115 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning. All references in this description to the mean high water mark of Lemon Bay being intended to and to be construed as referring to said mean high water mark of Lemon Bay as same existed at the time of the conveyance of the aforedescribed lands as submerges lands by the trustees of the internal improvement fund of the state of Florida by deed dated October 11, 1955, and recorded in Deed Book 364, Page 211 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, a substantial portion of said lands having been filled and now, in fact, no longer submerged.”
Less that portion conveyed to the County of Sarasota as described in O.R. Book 624, Page 112, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
