NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010 CA 004824 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC, is Plaintiff, and HENRY M. SOUDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HENRY M. SOUDA IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CITIBANK, N.A. F/K/A CITIBANK, F.S.B.; JOHN DOE 1, JANE DOE 1, JOHN DOE 2, JANE DOE 2, JOHN DOE 3, AND JANE DOE 3 AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 25th day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE MOST NORTHERLY OF BLOCK B OF STICKNEY POINT SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE SOUTH 51°05' WEST, ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID BLOCK B, 340 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 37°48' EAST, 130 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE NORTH 51°05' EAST 125 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 37°48' EAST, 90 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 51°05' WEST 125 FEET THENCE NORTH 37°48' WEST 90 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALSO KNOW AS LOT 2, BLOCK 2, OF AN UNRECORDED PLAT OF SABAL PALMS.
with the Street address of: 6515 SABAL DRIVE, SARASOTA, FL 34242.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
