Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, and the Notice of Right to Reclaim Abandoned Property served on the above-named person on or about August 31, 2012, Rambler's Rest, L.L.C., the owner of Rambler's Rest, will sell the following described property:
1986 GRAN recreational vehicle bearing vehicle identification number FLLDGMPM370000300 and all the property contained therein (the “Property”).
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash (or cashier's check), at 1300 N. River Road, Venice, Florida 34293 at 10:30 a.m. on September 21, 2012, which date is at least ten days from the first publication of this notice, and at least five days from the last publication of this notice.
The absolute minimum bid shall be the costs of storage, advertising, and sale, though the minimum may be adjusted by Rambler's Rest as appropriate.
All prospective purchasers of the Property must submit to background screening and be approved in advance by Rambler's Rest.
