Notice is given pursuant to a final judgment dated August 23, 2012, in Case No. 2011-CC-011603 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which TOWNHOMES OF SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the plaintiff and SEMEVO AGUIDISSOU is the defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby of the Hillsborough County Courthouse in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida at 2:00 p.m., on October 12, 2012, the following described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
Lot 2, Block 3, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, Tract 2, Phases 1 and 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. Property address: 10737 Keys Gate Drive, Riverview, Florida 33579.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
