Notice is given pursuant to a final judgment dated May 11, 2012, in Case No. 10-CA-009148 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which the TOWNHOMES OF SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the plaintiff and Alvaro B. Portillo is the defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby of the Hillsborough County Courthouse in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10 A.M., on October 10, 2012, the following described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
LOT 7 BLOCK 21, SUMMERFILED VILLAGE 1 TRACT 2 PHASE 1 AND 2, according to the Plate thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 0093, Pages 0010, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Address: 10734 Keys Gate Drive; Riverview, FL 33579.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
