Notice is given pursuant to a final judgment dated August 2, 2012, in Case No. 10-CA-0011845 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which TOWNHOMES OF SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is the plaintiff and VIOLA BECKER is the defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby of the Hillsborough County Courthouse in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 a.m., on September 20, 2012, the following described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
Lot 6, Block 7 of SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1; Tract 2, Phases 3,4,and 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGE 228, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. Property address: 10908 Brickside Court, Riverview, Florida 33579.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
