NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-015610, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.,, is Plaintiff and JAMES TATONE; KIM GREENBACKER; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; GRAND CENTRAL AT KENNEDY MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; GRAND CENTRAL AT KENNEDY RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 06-10W, BUILDING W, GRAND CENTRAL AT KENNEDY RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO; ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17300, BEGINNING AT PAGE 730, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 188, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, INCLUDING SURVEYOR'S ERROR AFFIDAVIT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17655, PAGE 1645, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
