NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-002561 (G), of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, HSBC Bank USA, National Association, As Trustee For The Benefit Of The Certificateholders Of Nomura Home Equity Loan, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3 is Plaintiff and TWANDA M. COLE A/K/A TWANDA M. IVEY A/K/A TWANDA C. IVEY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TWANDA M. COLE A/K/A TWANDA M. IVEY A/K/A TWANDA C. IVEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JRBL, INC., D/B/A RESTOREALL; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, Room 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33602 at 2:00 p.m. on the 3RD day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment dated October 4, 2011, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 9, MAP OF CAMPOBELLO, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 29, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE NORTH AND NORTH 1/2 OF CLOSED RIGHT OF WAY ABUTTING ON SOUTH, Of The Public Records Of Hillsborough County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
