NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of August, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-15998, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein TREE TOPS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and SHAWN D. PULFORD and PNC BANK are the Defendantd, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602, at 2:00 PM, on the 25th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 3, Block 4, Tree Tops Phase 3, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 95, page 83, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
