NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2010-CA-008866 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 25th day of September, 2012, at: 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT BEGINNING 100 FEET SOUTH AND 251.5 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT8; THENCE RUN EAST 50 FEET, SOUTH 100 FEET, WEST 50 FEET AND NORTH 100 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, DEKLE`S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 89 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LYING AND BEING IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 4 TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
