NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2012, and entered in 29-2010-CA-008389 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4, is the Plaintiff and SUSAN E. NEWTON AKA SUSAN ELIZABETH BRYANT AKA SUSAN ELIZABETH PRENCIPE; JEFFREY T. NEWTON; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on September 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1, TEMPLE TERRACE PLAZA AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 42 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
