NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 07, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-017083, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P.,, is Plaintiff and ANGEL FERNANDEZ; NANCY FERNANDEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PALMA CEIA GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 PM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 25th day of September, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 117, BUILDING 3, OF PALMA CEIA GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16229, AT PAGE 1500, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCE THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
