and commonly known as: 10937 NORTH 29TH STREET, TAMPA, FL 33612; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on September 24, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
