NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 31, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001262 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and RUSSELL A. GETZ; MEDA I. GETZ; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 1 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST ONE-HALF (W 1/2) OF THE NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER (NE 1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER (SW 1/4) OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ALL LYING AND BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME VIN # GAFLR07A30652W2 AND GALFR07A30652W2.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
