MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-B1, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and STEVEN L. GOSNELL; GREGORY NIEDERHAUS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; VENTURA AT PELICAN MARSH HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; THE FOUNDATION OF PELICAN MARSH, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 1 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
