Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff's Verified Complaint dated September 4, 2012, (the “Judgment”), entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-3882 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor to RBC Bank (USA) is Plaintiff, and JEFFREY H. FRIEDMAN is Defendant.
The Clerk of the Court will sell the Mortgaged Property, as defined in the Judgment and as set forth below, at public sale on October 1, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. to the “highest bidder,” for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112-5324 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
The following property located in Collier County, Florida, is the subject of this Notice of Sale:

Lot 18, Block 19, of Marco Beach UniT ONE, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 9 to 16, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
