NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2012, entered in Case No. 0903106CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-10CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-10CB is the Plaintiff and Abelardo Thorne; Delia Thorne a/k/a Dalia Thorne; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, the first floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 1st day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF PARCEL 95, KNOWN AS THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 49 S, RANGE 27 E; SAID LAND LYING, SITUATED AND BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
