NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to this Court's Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure Against Defendants, CARLA D'ANTONIO and unknown tenants/occupant in possession of subject premises, D.E.B. PROPERTY HOLDINGS, LLC, GEORGE J. LAWLER, and ST. CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. (“Final Judgment”) dated September 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-1891 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein PATRICIA ARMBRUSTER is Plaintiff and CARLA D'ANTONIO and unknown tenants/occupant in possession of subject premises, D.E.B. PROPERTY HOLDINGS, LLC, GEORGE J. LAWLER, and ST. CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on October 1, 2012 beginning at 11 :00 a.m. at the Collier County Justice Center, 1st floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit 1332, St. Croix at Pelican Marsh, a Condominium, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3776, Pages 2841 through 2974, inclusive, as amended, of the Official Records of Collier County, Florida together with Garage G08-06.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
