THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS EXHIBIT IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF COLLIER AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN DEED BOOK 3895, AT PAGE 1069, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 6, UNIT 11, GOLDEN ESTATES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGES 103 AND 104 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 261 7TH STREET NORHTWEST, NAPLES, FL 34120; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on October 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
