NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 10-02758CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the first floor atrium of the courthouse annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 1st day of October, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, MAPLEWOOD, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 71-72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
