Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11 2012 CA 000022 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and CHARLENE LAURENT, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Atrium, on the first Floor, Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 1 day of October, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 15, BLOCK 153, MARCO BEACH, UNIT NO. 5, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6 AT PAGES 39-46, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
