NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1201073C4 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and LINDA L. MORRIS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1st day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
A PORTION OF THE EAST 321.00 FEET OF THE WEST 1933.65 FEET OF THE NORTH I/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, LESS 30 FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCEL; THENCE ALONG THE WEST LINE OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCEL, NORTH 02 DEGREES 41 MINUTES, 30 SECONDS WEST 179.00 FEET;

THENCE NORTH 87 DEGREES 18 MINUTES 30 SECONDS EAST 19.00 FEET FOR A PLACE OF BEGINNING: THENCE CONTINUING NORTH 87 DEGREES 18 MINUTES 30 SECONDS EAST 72.00 FEET: THENCE NORTH 02 DEGREES 41 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST 35.00 FEET: THENCE SOUTH 87 DEGREES 18 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST 72.00 FEET: THENCE SOUTH 02 DEGREES 41 MINUTES 30 SECONDS EAST 35.00 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.

BEARINGS ARE BASED ON THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 23 AS BEING SOUTH 89 DEGREES 14 MINUTES 53 SECONDS WEST.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
