NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-009258, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES D. GREIFF A/K/A JAMES GREIFF, ARIELLE SECTION II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, THE FOUNDATION OF PELICAN MARSH, INC, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, KAREN S. GREIFF A/K/A KAREN GREIFF and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 1st day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 505, ATIELLE SECTION II, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AT O.R. BOOK 2259, PAGE 976 TO 1053, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
