NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 5 day of September, 2012, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 10-3945-CA, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium, 1st floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on October 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
ALL OF TRACT 82, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 33, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT 7, PAGE 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
