Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2010-CA-004854 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 1st day of October, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st Floor Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS HOME 201, PHASE 23, BUILDING 23, ORCHARDS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1969, PAGE 646 THROUGH 839, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose
