notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-1436-CA of the COUNTY Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ARIELLE AT PELICAN MARSH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DEREK CRAIG CARLSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEREK CRAIG CARLSON; ONEWEST BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS INDYMAC, FSB, A FEDERALLY CHARTERED SAVINGS BANK; WHITNEY BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: At 1st Floor, Atrium, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 3 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 2202, ARIELLE SECTION II, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2259, Page 976, et seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
