notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on this 7 day of September 2012 in Case No. 09-4665 CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Emigrant Mortgage Company is Plaintiff, and William Beckett, Trevor Masterson, Unknown Spouse of William Beckett and Unknown Spouse of Trevor Masterson, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 3 day of October 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Fl 34112 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 27, Block 197, MARCO BEACH UNIT SEVEN, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, at Pages 55-66, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
