NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 7, 2012 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on October 4, 2012, the following property described below, situated in Collier County, Florida, as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

THE REAL PROPERTY:

The South ½ of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ less the East 60 feet and the South 30 feet thereof, of Section 11, Township 50 South, Range 27 East, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
