NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GWEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure September 6, 2012 and entered in case 2011-CA-3612 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit and for Collier County, Florida wherein Space Coast Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Rony Pimentel, Mary Lucy Pimentel and John Doe n/k/a Oscar are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, FIRST FLOOR ATRIUM,3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 at 11:00am on the 1st of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Legal description: E75' of the W180' of Tract No. 101 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 44, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 29 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
