LOT 59, OF MAPLEWOOD, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 71-72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, First Floor, Atrium Area, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM, on October 1, 2012.
