NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-2443-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and JAY ALAN BRIDENTHAL A/K/A JAY BRIDENTHAL; AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JACK W. BRDENTHAL, DECEASED; and INDIVIDUALLY; PATRICIA ANN KUNGLE A/K/A PATRICIA A. KUNGLE; PENNEY BRIDENTHAL A/K/A PENNEY L. VITALE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SPRINGWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 1st day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 3709, PHASE III OF SPRINGWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1088, PAGES 1564 THROUGH 1652, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
