NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010777, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N. A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and EVE OTTIS, AQUA FINANCE, INC., ORANGETREE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., VALENCIA LAKES AT ORANGETREE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and LARRY J. OTTIS, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 3 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, VALENCIA LAKES - PHASE 5-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 78 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
