notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment entered September 6, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida in which JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., successor by merger to CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL D. HAGON is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, on October 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., the following described Property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure free and clear of all claims of the Defendant.
Unit P204, THE VILLAGES AT EMERALD LAKES THREE, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits thereof as recorded in O. R. Book 1700, Pages 1967 through 2059, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
