NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 3rd day of October, 2012, at 11:00 a.m at the Collier County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Tract B, PINE RIDGE SECOND EXTENSION REPLAT, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 57 and 58 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; thence South 00° 59' 24” East along the East boundary of said Lot 2 a distance of 1227.69 feet; thence South 89° 00' 36” West 88.99 feet to the Place of Beginning of the parcel herein being described

thence North 00° 59' 24” West 39.75 feet; thence South 89° 00' 36” West 20.35 feet; thence North 00° 59' 24” West 10.62 feet; thence South 89° 00' 36” West 14.35 feet; thence South 00° 59' 24” East 50.37 feet; thence North 89° 00' 36” East 34.70 feet to the Place of Beginning of the parcel herein described;

being a part of Lot 2, Tract B, PINE RIDGE SECOND EXTENSION REPLAT
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
