Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-006604-ES, in the Circuit Court for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-15 is the Plaintiff, and KEVIN ABRAMS, et al., are the Defendants, Pasco County Clerk of Court - East Side will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
LOT 21, BLOCK 7 OF NEW RIVER LAKES VILLAGES B2 AND D, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 15th day of October, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
